python3-wand software package provides Python interface for ImageMagick library (Python 3 build), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-wand
python3-wand is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-wand package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-wand *
You will get with python3-wand package name, version, architecture and description in a table
